The main thing that I have noticed since starting to take this product is that I do not toss and turn in bed trying to fall asleep. I just fall asleep and sleep through the night. This is my third bottle.

The lavender + orange is my favorite of the two because I think it's such a calming scent to end your day with.

Very nice oil that is easily absorbed. I have been using it on my face which seems to like it, although it is a bit heavy for that purpose. I would think it could be a bit lighter for the body too although I do not use it as such because it would be too expensive. I should try the facial serum, but that is really expensive, These are high quality and worth it, I just have high quality taste on a low budget.
