I have always loved patchouli, now my bathroom smells like it and I love it! I was surprised by how well it lathered. The taste is like straight alcohol so I wasn’t able to bear it but when tried few times didn’t feel anything either. So I guess just another natural item I tried over meds that wasn’t help.

I started taking this about 2 weeks ago. I can't say 100% that it fies help. But it has good quality ingredients which do help with inflammation. I haven't taken NSAIDs since starting this, my leg swelling is much better and my back pain(bone spurs and degenerative disc disease) along with sciatica is much improved. The taste isn't horrible you can easily add it to plain water and drink it, I put it in my coffee in the morning and pre work out in the afternoon. Definitely worth a try.
