I have not been using it long enough to decide if it’s working. I wasn’t able to take all three together so I’m still trying to figure out the dosage best for me. So far so good, together they were strong so that tells me they work!
It is a good product but not for me. The taste can be offset by a light sweetener. I used Chaga Chino . I don't like the taste of stevia so I opted for the non-stevia. The fiber amount was too much for my digestive system. It does takes a bit of stirring to dissolve the coconut powder as well .
I struggle with a few chronic conditions. A foggy brain is a big problem. This beautiful bitter powder clears it up enough to get things accomplished.
I add this to my smoothie every morning and love the subtle cocoa flavor it adds, not overwhelming. I have noticed more energy and focus most days... but mostly just love what it adds to my smoothie!

So I actually ordered the unsweetened one since that's what I always drink and love but they sent me the stevia sweetened one by mistake. I kept it because I figured I would give it a try. It was enjoyable but I still like the unsweetened one better with adding some honey to my desired sweetness. Totally different tastes so it really is a personal preference.
