The tincture is alright. My dad and I tried it for our pain (he had a sprained tailbone, and I tried it for my severe period cramps). My dad said it didn't work for pain, but he felt chilled out. I didn't really feel much of anything other than a slightly relaxed mind (my turmeric and ibuprofen carried the brunt of the period pain). I have found that the salves that nacher CBD sells are much more effective for my pain than the tincture. Maybe in the future I'd buy the CBD tincture (the least potent one) as a calming/sleep aid, but not for pain. The salve though is a 5/5, the CBD oil a 3/5 for pain.

I do love the detail and thoughtful packaging, it's rare to see. Educating is (the consumer) about how the CBD is produced and used for various ailments. Very thoughtful ⭐

CBD has anti-inflammatory properties, the source of much pain. But not all CBD is created equally; there are a lot of what I suspect are junk products out there. This one is quality and is really helpful in reducing long-term pain and aches and pains that come with ageing.

I ended up increasing my dose from 40-70mg per day but it has already stated helping with my anxiety.

It is taking the edge off arthritis pain in all my joints. I've only used it a couple of weeks so I'm hoping for increased improvement.
