A double extraction does not dilute the strength of a tincture if done properly. A double extraction will only add to the complexity and overall quality of the tincture.

Per bottle instructions was to use 2 full droppers per day.
Being aware of myself I only took 1/2 a dropper, once.
Unfortunately it emptied me out and wiped me out requiring me to rest for the day.
At just 1/2 a dropper that tells me it's too strong for me and sadly I'm afraid to take it again. I never asked about the return policy and it's sitting in my cabinet.
I fast quite a bit and this is a great water additive to help push toxins out.
I am not sure what I expected but I was hoping for a feeling of wellness, Better sleep, or more energy but, I don’t feel any difference.

I was wondering how bad this might taste before I tried it. To my suprise, it actually tastes fresh, clean and great! I do put it in a small glass of water. I am getting blood tests in a few weeks and hopefully it has helped along with my dietary changes and exercise changes. We shall see!

I started the tincture about a week ago and have been taking it consistently while on a juice fast. I was pleasantly surprised with the taste. It is mild and easily mixed with water. I have not experienced any harsh cramping or side effects and it is pretty gentle.
